Flaky Not Flaky is a hidden gem tucked away in the food court of Peachtree Center in downtown Atlanta. Don't let the location fool you as this place is absolutely worth seeking out! I had the Chocolate Vanilla Sconut, and it was amazing! The pastry was perfectly flaky, and the chocolate vanilla topping was one of the most delicious I've ever had. The owner Miguel was there during my visit, and his warmth and hospitality made the experience even better. You can tell he takes pride in every pastry and in making customers feel welcome! If you're visiting Atlanta or work downtown, don't miss Flaky Not Flaky. It's one of those places you'll be thinking about long after the last bite. I can't wait to come back!

This was the cutest little place with the best service. Anna was so helpful. She very patiently answered all my questions and helped me craft the perfect breakfast sandwich, which was incredible! One of the best I have had. The croissant 🥐 was phenomenal on with my sandwich. The sconuts were so unique and delicious, what an amazing bite. One of the owners, Miguel was there chatting with the customers. I definitely recommend you taking the time to find this little gem, Enjoy!

I decided to try the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, and of course I had to get a sconut (a scone and donut combo). OMGee — the biscuit literally melted in my mouth. It was so delicious! Definitely a 10/10 and I would absolutely get it again. The lemon sconut was also amazing. The lemon flavor honestly reminded me of my grandma’s lemon pound cake. 🍋💛 And the icing on the sconut (lol) was the customer service. As a first-time customer, they were so helpful in helping me decide what to order. 10/10 customer service! Everyone smiled, offered suggestions, and made the experience even better.

I am SO glad we stopped by this place!! Easy walking distance from the cluster of convention hotels (we're in Hyatt Regency Atlanta). Everything was delicious!! We had the egg and cheese croissant (with an amazing garlic aioli!), an an old timer, an iced mocha and, of course, a sconut! The owner (I think) gave us great advice on some places to visit and I'm so glad they did! Also... Can we talk about the bag?! It's so cute! And we got free stickers!

Run by a husband and wife duo, we originally went because my husband was attending a conference and it was advertised to stop by for a special treat if you show your badge- which the wife part of the duo wasn’t aware of but she just gave us some truffles which was very nice still! (I can’t speak for the chocolatarium side very accurately but the truffle- or maybe it wasn’t a truffle- that we got just tasted flavor wise and texturally just like regular bar chocolate that had been melted and formed into a ball, nothing super special.) The real winners here are the sconuts which I was also wondering what that would be like because I usually consider scones to be pretty dry and not enjoyable to eat. However, these were super moist and flavors were great. We got the lemon curd, German apple pancake and sea salt caramel. The owner said she normally only does the more wintry flavors and wouldn’t have the lemon curd, strawberry (which we didn’t end up getting) and sea salt caramel but decided on a whim that morning and I’m so thankful because the lemon curd was my favorite flavor. Texture-wise it was more soft and moist than a cake donut and had a nice thin layer of sweet glaze. As far as
